1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and AutomationsHQ, LLC, a New Hampshire limited liability company ("AutomationsHQ," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing and using the AutomationsHQ website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

AutomationsHQ provides business automation consulting and implementation services, including but not limited to:

• Process automation consulting
• Custom automation solution development
• System integration services
• Workflow optimization
• Technical support and maintenance

3. Use of Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the website in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the website's operation
• Use automated systems to scrape or copy content without permission
• Transmit malicious code or harmful materials

4. Service Agreements

Specific automation services are provided under separate written agreements that detail scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing. These Terms of Service supplement but do not replace individual service agreements.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of AutomationsHQ or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Custom solutions developed for clients are governed by individual project agreements that specify ownership and usage rights.

6. Quote Requests

Quote requests submitted through our website:

• Are not binding offers or commitments
• Will be responded to within 2 business days
• May require additional information before providing accurate pricing
• Are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and general information are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The website will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Defects will be corrected
• The website is free of viruses or harmful components
• Information provided is complete or accurate

Specific service warranties are detailed in individual project agreements.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AutomationsHQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

9. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of information shared during consultations and project work. Detailed confidentiality terms are included in individual service agreements and may include mutual non-disclosure agreements (NDAs).

10. Payment Terms

Payment terms vary by service and are specified in individual agreements. Generally:

• Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date
• Late payments may incur interest charges
• Services may be suspended for non-payment
• Refund policies are project-specific

11. Review Cards and Plans

Sections 11 to 14 cover review cards and review-card plans. You accept these Terms in Stripe Checkout when you pay by card, or by tapping I agree on our device at the counter when you pay in cash.

A review card is a physical card with a chip in it. When a customer taps it with a phone, the phone opens a link that sends the customer to your business's Google review page.

Cards are paid once: $60 for one card, $55 each when two or three are bought together, and $50 each when four or more are bought together. There are two plans:

• Skip: cards only, with a free monthly email of card opens
• Core: $29 a month or $290 a year, with everything listed under Core below

If you are on Skip, you can turn off the free monthly email at any time, using the unsubscribe link in the email or by telling us. Turning it off also stops us logging taps on your cards, as our Privacy Policy explains. If you buy Core later, we log taps again from then, because Core's reports count them.

Core

Core includes:

• A monthly email with your card opens and your Google results: new reviews, your rating trend, the stars and first line of up to 10 new reviews, and your profile views, calls, website clicks and direction requests. Google's numbers are reported separately from card opens.
• An email when a 1 to 3 star review arrives, usually within 10 minutes, with a suggested reply when we can draft one
• A drafted reply to each review that arrives after we are connected to your profile, usually within an hour of you adding us as a Manager, and has no reply on Google yet. You approve or edit it, and we post it.
• A placement report that ranks your cards by opens. New reviews are not credited to a card.
• Profile monitoring: Google's suggested edits to your profile, and prompts before holidays. Nothing on your profile changes without your approval.
• Free card replacement while Core is active (Section 13)
• The 90-day guarantee below

Google Business Profile access

For Core's Google features, you add charles@automationshq.io as a Manager on your business's Google Business Profile. With that access we read your reviews, your performance data and your profile details. We post only the replies and profile changes you approve on our page.

To draft replies, we send each review's text, its star rating, the reviewer's first name and your business name to Anthropic, whose Claude models write the draft. You agree to this when you accept these Terms, in Stripe Checkout or at the counter. Our Privacy Policy explains how Anthropic handles it.

Google Business Profile is a free service from Google. Core's fee is for AutomationsHQ's service. Google explains how businesses can work with third parties like us at support.google.com/business/answer/7163406.

When Core ends, or you remove our access, we remove our Manager access within 7 business days if we still have it.

The 90-day guarantee

If your business gets no new Google reviews in the first 90 days of Core, we refund the Core fees you paid, the full $290 if you paid for a year. Cards are not refunded. Core then ends and your business goes back to Skip.

The guarantee applies when you add us as a Manager on your Google Business Profile within 30 days of Core starting and keep us as a Manager to the end of those 90 days. Core must still be active at the end of those 90 days.

The guarantee is a refund if no new reviews arrive. It is not a promise about your rating, your ranking or your place in Google search.

12. Billing and Cancellation

Core renews every month or every year, as you chose when you bought it, on the payment card you give in Checkout, counted from the day Core starts, until you cancel. We bill from that first day, whether or not you have added us as a Manager yet.

If a renewal payment fails, we retry it. If it still fails after 2 weeks, the plan ends, and your cards keep working.

We may change plan prices with 30 days' notice by email, and you can cancel before the new price applies.

To cancel, email us at Charles@AutomationsHQ.io or tell Charles. Cancelling stops billing at the end of the current billing period. There is no refund for the rest of that period, except under the 90-day guarantee (Section 11).

When Core ends, for any reason, your business goes back to Skip. Your cards keep sending customers to your Google review page for as long as you have them, and taps keep counting.

If you turned off the free monthly email before buying Core, it starts again when Core ends; you can turn it off again as Section 11 says.

13. Card Ownership and Replacement

You own the physical card. It carries an AutomationsHQ link that sends customers to your Google review page.

• If you move or rebrand, we change where the card points
• If you ask, we will rewrite the card to point straight at Google's review page, for free
• If AutomationsHQ ever shuts down, we will rewrite your cards to Google's direct link for free

You cannot repoint the card yourself. The chip is password-protected so nobody else can rewrite it.

Cards are non-refundable. We replace a defective or lost card free the next time we visit your area.

While Core is active, we replace any of your cards free when you ask, with no set limit. We may refuse a replacement when cards are being misused (Section 14).

14. Review Policy

Every card sends every customer to the same Google review page. There is no filtering by rating, no incentives, and no review gating.

You agree that you and your team will not offer anything for a review and will not push staff toward review targets.

If the cards are misused, we may end your plan. When we do, we tell you why, and the plan ends at the end of the current billing period with no refund.

15. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our website and services at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

16. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users.

17. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

18. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall first be addressed through good faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration or resolved in the courts of the State of New Hampshire.
