AutomationsHQ is Charles Borden, working solo. Ten years building production systems before this: ship control at Electric Boat, radar positioning at Raytheon. Where the rigor comes from
Submarines and radar systems do not get hotfixes. The cost of a flaw shows up in the field, not in a staging environment. That changes how you build: version control on everything, error handling that pages a human, documentation that lands as the work ships.
